Hello! I survived my painting project. I am so pleased with the results. The sunroom is our dining room and my crafting space. The space now feels bright, airy, spacious and fresh!
My estimate of 5 days turned into 3 weeks total from moving the furniture out, taping, priming trim, priming walls, painting trim and realizing that the dark mauve/brown color, which covered the trim and walls, really needed two coats of primer. So I primed the walls again. Then I started painting the white ceiling with my brighter white paint, it should be fine without primer - but it took 4 coats of paint to give complete, even coverage! The window trim was a rough grade, outdoor type wood so it took 3 coats of paint to cover the deep grooves and create a finished coverage.
This panorama shot shows the gradients of color as the sunlight stretches across the walls. School work, meals and stamping are all back in session now that our space is functional again. I'm sorry I was absent so long and am glad to mark that project as completed!
What home area have your updated this year, any painting projects for you? Please share your comments - I love to hear from you!

Looks awesome Janey! Great job. I am a room painting fanatic myself so I understand the challenges. Can't wait to see it in person :)
