Saturday was my new catalog Sip & Stamp event. I wanted to share a few photos of how I set up and what I displayed. Sadly I missed a photo of my central display table! But here is what I did on Saturday.
When you walked in this was the check-in table with packets for each expected guest including their name. There were game sheets that were optional, name tags and door prize forms.
This area displayed retired products that I was selling. At this point in the day, many things had sold.
I used burlap ribbon on my school house chalkboard. Then clipped my many swap cards as a display of design ideas. Below this was a large table with displays of new products and sample designs for each product.
I did capture two items that were on the large display table:
this crate shows the 2017-2019 In Colors: ribbon, ink, card stock, and designer series paper.
This wood crate displayed a comparison of Blushing Bride, Powder Pink, and Pink Pirouette.
I also shared this flyer. I use my business income to help support Erin as she works to stop human trafficking in SE Asia. I hope you will read about her. She just finished training and plans to return to work in Cambodia. If you are interested in supporting her too, you can contact her organization website http://cten.org/erinfoley/
The buffet had sign up sheets for my upcoming classes.
I used my pan rack to hang this antique window. It displayed more card design samples. I had products and sample designs on this counter display: Post Script, Delightful Daisy bundle, Eastern Palace Bundle, Label Me Pretty Bundle and In the City hostess stamp set.
These held the completed entry forms for the prizes.
And here are the prizes: stampin' pad, embossing folder, sponges and a grand prize product package.
Here is several of the people that attended. There was a make and take project with the Your Delightful hostess stamp set and they worked on their game pages.
Of course there was also refreshments. They had glass bottles of Izze to drink for their "sip" part of the event. I hand dipped chocolate strawberries that morning for an extra special treat for my extra special customers!
This was the make n take that my guests made. I CASEd* this design from page 136 of the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog. I chose to use the You're Delightful host stamp set for the sentiment. I love the font, large size, and the words!
