PPP Blog Hop Lovely Day

Hello crafty friends! I am so excited to explore our "Lovely Day" February Paper Pumpkin kit with you.  Our Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop team is sharing alternate project ideas for your kit.

The kit projects are 3 designs of cards and you make 3 of each design.  There are fun printed envelopes, beautiful die cuts, pop up words and sparkly sequins!

I LOVE this kit as it is and will be making the projects as designed.   So I took the stamps and created my own card designs.

I used So Saffron and Pumpkin Pie on this card with Soft Suede Dark Stampin' Blends for the chocolate frosting.  The Layering Squares were a great fit for the yummy slice of cake!

This is a more juvenile color combo of Balmy Blue with Petal Pink.

Our Layering Rectangles made a quick frame with that amazing stitched edging. 

As you can see the creativity with Paper Pumpkin does not stop with the projects - it is so much fun to design with the exclusive stamp set each month.

Kre8tors Blog Hop Parisian Blossoms

Good morning stamping friends - welcome to the Kre8tors Blog Hop!  Our theme for our projects this month is Love/Romance.  

The Parisian Blossoms Designer Series Paper is the focus for my card project.  It is utterly romantic and dreamy with such soft colors and beautiful images. The Parisian Blossoms DSP has these colors Basic Black, champagne, Cherry Cobbler, Petal Pink, Pool Party, Whisper White.

Well Written is a versatile die collection.  I cut the word from Silver Foil paper and Pool Party card stock. I glued the layers together so that there is a staggered shadow of the Pool Party peeking underneath.

I wanted my card to be for an anniversary which is easy with the Well Said stamp set and made a label for the interior of my card.  The Small Bloom punch is a Sale-a-bration gift with a $100 purchase. My project supplies are listed at the end of this post and will help you earn the Small Bloom punch!

ICS Blog Hop Sending You Thoughts

Hello friends!  I'm so glad to welcome you to the Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop! Our theme for the February projects is Thinking of You: Get Well Wishes, Sympathy, and Thinking of You. I chose to feature the Sending You Thoughts stamp set in my project.

My card has the "If loving thoughts could heal" sentiment on the front.

"you'd be better already" is the interior sentiment.  I love that the Sending You Thoughts stamp set has interior sentiments.

I love the white speckles on the Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper and replicate that effect in my polka dot tulle ribbon and white sequins.
