I have fallen in love with our new More Than Autumn Bundle and all of the adorable images and die shapes.  There are so many options with this set you can make so many combinations.  I did include a product list at the end of my post so that you can make this card too!

This design came from Dawn Griffith, and I had to try out her clever idea.  I love how it folds up and is a fabulous display piece!
